Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 July 2026 · applies to calendjke.aposnov.dev and app.calendjke.aposnov.dev
Calendjke is a scheduling tool: hosts connect their Google Calendar and publish a booking page; guests book a time slot and pay for it via Stripe. This policy explains what data the service touches and why.
What we collect — hosts
- Google account basics (name, email address, Google account ID) when you sign in with Google — used to create your account.
- Google Calendar access: we read your free/busy times to hide unavailable slots, and we create/delete calendar events for confirmed bookings. We do not read event titles, descriptions, attendees or any other calendar content.
- Settings you enter: availability hours, timezone, prices, blocked dates.
What we collect — guests
- Name, email address and an optional note you submit when booking — used to create the calendar invitation and identify your booking.
- Payment is processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Google user data
Calendjke's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Google Calendar data is used solely to compute availability and to create/remove booking events on your behalf.
- Your Google OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in our database.
- Google data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties.
- You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the connection stops working immediately.
Storage & retention
- Data lives in a PostgreSQL database on servers in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). Encrypted daily backups are stored in Amazon S3 (EU region) and expire after 30 days.
- Bookings are kept while the host account exists. Hosts can cancel bookings; cancelling removes the calendar event.
- To delete your account and all associated data, email aposnovdev@gmail.com — deletion within 30 days.
Cookies
The app uses strictly-necessary cookies only: a session cookie after sign-in and a short-lived CSRF token during sign-in. No analytics or advertising cookies. The landing page sets no cookies at all.
